Audio is counted the way OpenAI counts it: a token for every 100 ms of your voice and for every 50 ms of the model's, at the prices on its own card. A minute here is that count, not an estimate.

What a minute leaves out: each answer reads the conversation so far again as input, mostly from the cache at the lower price, so a long session costs more than its minutes alone. Text and pictures in a session are billed at their own rates.

Every price includes Antimatter's 10% margin.

Sessions are paid from your balance, never from the free allowance. A session stops at the budget you set, $20.00 unless you name one.
