Send one part
PUT/api/studio/uploads/{id}/parts/{n}Signed in session
Part n is the bytes from n * part_bytes, every part but the last exactly part_bytes long (400 part_size), sent in order (409 part_out_of_order); part 0 is checked by its bytes (415 content_mismatch). A part sent again after it was kept answers 200. Its own rate window. The signed in account; same origin for a write.
