Set the collector

PUT/api/account/otlpSigned in session

A Honeycomb, Grafana Cloud, Datadog or any OTLP/HTTP URL (https, a public address). Header values are encrypted and never read back; keepHeaders keeps the stored ones when the URL and names are unchanged. Same origin only. A 404 unless the operator set ANTIMATTER_OTLP_ACCOUNTS=1 (switch otlp-accounts on /admin/switches).
