What distilling this key's captured traffic would make and cost
POST/v1/distill/estimateAPI key
Read scope. Reads this key's flight recorder captures of the teacher in the window; spends and stores nothing. A key with capture off is refused with 409 and code capture_required. A 404 at every path while the operator has not turned distillation on.
