POST/v1/distill/{id}/lightAPI key

Chat scope. The hardware the model needs is priced at the provider's published hourly price for one replica, marked up; the hours are held on the funded balance, then the replica starts. Requests to the world carry no token charge. It is charged for the minutes it ran when it goes dark. keep_lit holds one more hour each hour. A 404 at every path while the operator has not turned distillation on.
