POST/mcp/toolsAPI key

Streamable HTTP, stateless, one JSON-RPC message per POST answered in JSON. Speaks protocol 2026-07-28 (the version and client capabilities in params._meta, mirrored in MCP-Protocol-Version, Mcp-Method and Mcp-Name, which must match: 400 HeaderMismatch -32020; an unsupported version 400 -32022; server/discover) and the initialize era (2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26) without a session. tools/list names every tool server__tool with its price in the description; tools/call is paid exactly as /v1/tools/{server}/{tool}/call, and a refusal of the call itself comes back as a result with isError. GET and DELETE are 405. A 404 at every path while the operator has not opened the tools market.

Errors

  • 400A JSON-RPC error: HeaderMismatch, an unsupported version, a malformed message.
  • 401OpenAI shaped error.
  • 404OpenAI shaped error.
  • 429Rate limited, or a spent budget or spend cap. The type distinguishes rate_limit_error, policy_exceeded, and spend_cap_exceeded.
