Delete stored files no film uses
POST/api/studio/storage/cleanSigned in session
The ids named (from the storage view's unused.ids) are judged again when the request comes: only a file still unused, in this account's own scope and ready is deleted, with its stored bytes once nothing else names them. An id a film took up since is kept and counted in kept. A 404 with code storage_off while the operator keeps no files for the studio. The signed in account; same origin for a write.
