A studio tab heard these jobs end

POST/api/studio/noticesSigned in session

In view (visible), their landings are marked seen and nothing more is sent for them. Hidden with the browser's permission (hidden), the landings of the last hour nobody has told yet are claimed for the tab to show and answered; each is answered once, to one tab. A job of a render plan stands for its plan. The signed in account; same origin for a write.
