A dub's heard words written in another language
POST/api/studio/dub/translateSigned in session
One chat call on the signed in account under strict JSON, by the director plan's writer and billed like it: the speech heard from a clip written in the named language as a new voice will say it over the same pictures. Nothing is kept. What it cost is in micros and x-antimatter-cost-micros, refused or not. Same origin only.
