Move them into the account
POST/api/conversations/claimSigned in session
Session, same origin. Moves the anonymous id's threads into the signed in account, keeping their ids: those begun at or after `since` (the sign in sends this visit's), the `ids` given, or every one for {}. Never another browser's thread or an account's, and never past the account's ceiling, the newest moving first.
