Ask for a confirmation to sign before a risky act
POST/api/auth/step-up/challengeSigned in session
An EIP-4361 shaped message naming the act, for the session's own wallet to sign. Acts: erasing the account, minting or widening a key with pay, agents or admin, and each admin act by role. Same origin, a few a minute.
