Link a wallet

POST/api/account/walletsSigned in session

Send the signature the new wallet made over the message from /api/account/wallets/challenge. Same origin only, rate limited. A wallet that has its own account is refused (409 wallet_has_account): accounts are never merged. At most 5 wallets beside the account's own.
