PATCH/api/marketplace/providerSigned in session

Any field of the application. A new base URL or key sends every endpoint back to verification, a new data retention declaration needs the operator's word again, and `endpoints` replaces the whole list (one left out is removed). Same origin. A 404 while the operator has the marketplace off.
