What each film keeps in stored media, and what a day of it costs

Every stored file counted once by its stored bytes, under the one use that keeps it: the newest film that names it, a character, a live public link, a film that exists and this person no longer reaches, made in the last 24 hours, or unused. Each film's day price is its own bytes at the operator's price per GB (10^9 bytes) a day, before the free bytes; 0 is free. The unused files are listed largest first, at most 500, and every id is named. A 404 with code storage_off while the operator keeps no files for the studio. The signed in account; same origin for a write.
