Spend and traffic per member, key and world
GET/api/orgs/{id}/usageSigned in session
Spend per member today and this UTC month from the ledger, each member's budget used (holds included, as the budget check counts it), metered traffic per organization key, the top worlds and a 30 day series. A role that reads the billing sees the whole crew; any other member sees only their own figures and no totals. format=csv answers the same figures as one CSV table.
