The chargeback report for a month
GET/api/orgs/{id}/chargebackSigned in session
billing.view. One month of the crew's settled spend from the ledger, split by project and by member; its total equals the statement's spend for the month. JSON by default, CSV with ?format=csv (columns month, section, project_id, project, member_user_id, member_wallet, spend_micro_usd, spend_usd, ledger_entries; text cells that a spreadsheet would read as a formula are defused). Both are downloads.
