GET/api/achievementsSigned in session

Every entry with its real progress toward the target, so the log shows the horizon rather than a row of padlocks. The counts are things that actually happened: requests routed, worlds charted, voyages flown and published. The earned ship comes back with it, and is cosmetic: nothing here gates a model or a feature.
