GET/api/account/savingsSigned in session

For each model the signed in account used over the last 30 days (answered requests only; no cache hits, probes or requests on the caller's own provider key), the nearest model that is priced no higher on either rate, has at least the same context, accepts images where the original does, and supports tool calling and JSON output wherever the original declares or was measured doing so, with the same tokens priced on both at today's billed rates. Listed only from 3 requests up, and only when the saving is at least 10% and $0.01. A price comparison only: nothing is claimed about the quality of the answers.
