The account's own OpenTelemetry collector

GET/api/account/otlpSigned in session

The account's spans are pushed there by the job otlp_accounts. A 404 unless the operator set ANTIMATTER_OTLP_ACCOUNTS=1 (switch otlp-accounts on /admin/switches).

Answer 200

Null when none is set. Header values are never returned.
