Delete a stored response

DELETE/v1/responses/{id}API key

Removes the response and the conversation kept with it, so previous_response_id can no longer continue it. The chat scope, on a key of the account that stored it. Every method is the unknown endpoint 404 while the operator has not turned stored responses on (ANTIMATTER_STORED_RESPONSES=1).
